G. Dey "At my first consultation I explained the problems I had with my lower denture, he listened to what was said then made suggestions about what could be done. He also provided some literature to take home so that I could have time to think about what options were available. At our next meeting the dentist answered all of my questions before we decided which treatment would be most suitable for me. A plan of action was formed, which enabled me to see how long the treatment would take and provided me with dates that fitted my schedule. At every appointment they took the time to answer any questions that I might have, providing reassurance that all was going well. They even altered my old dentures so that I could wear them until my treatment was completed. "After a bad fall from my cycle, when I lost a 3-teeth-bridge, I visited to see what options were available to me. They explained everything in a clear and easy to understand manner and offered several alternatives. After deciding on one implant supported crown and two E-Max crowns they restored some dignity by fitting a temporary bridge until the damage to the soft tissue healed. After several months of visits, check-up, x-rays, scans and photos, work started. All throughout the various procedures, they took time to fully explain the work involved and made me feel relaxed and at ease even during the fitting of the implant. I feel it is a glowing testament to the skilful work that during the 15 months of treatment, not one person noticed that I had lost 3 teeth or that I now have 3 “new” teeth, such is the “natural” looking nature of the final result.
